Ugh.

Ugh. We're sick with nasty colds. Dan started feeling crappy Saturday AM and I joined him later in the day. 

We both spent all of Sunday in bed, Dan was upstairs and I was down. I had a low grade fever most of the day.  I felt better a bit better yesterday, Dan still down for the count. I am glad I have some immune system working.

Pretty sure grandson Evan shared his germs with us.  He was here last Monday, then started coming down with the cold on Wednesday.  Obviously not his fault, he would not have come down if he had known.  

So, not much happening to blog about.  

I did get a kayak ride in on Friday afternoon. Here are a couple of trees that came down in the pond during the last storm.

Saw a few turtles, but I think they have all moved over to Mud Pond.  I saw a least twenty on a tree over there that had also fallen in the last storm.  They are very shy though, don't let you get too close.

The water has gone down a bit, second step from the beach now out of water.

Yesterday would have been an awesome day to be out on the pond but just didn't have it in me.
