Happy July Everyone!  Wowser, it's coming in HOT!  Be careful out there ~ make sure you stay hydrated!

It was a busy weekend on our end of the pond this past weekend, lots of pond action ~ swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding etc.

Here is my cousin Lindy trying out my kayak as he has the same issues we had in getting in and out of our old kayaks.  My new kayak is a little heavier than my old one so he thought it might be a problem for him loading and unloading in and out of his truck.  Since we don't take ours anywhere but here on the pond that is not an issue for us.

Sister Terri had her grands Annie and Alex here the last couple of days.  Neighbor Jeff had family with kids their age visit on Monday and yesterday Terri's friend Linda and her three grands came over.  So there was lots of fun in the pond happening pretty much all of both days.

Vanessa, Kailey and Jakob came over yesterday.  Vanessa and Kailey decided to kayak up the pond to look for birds.  It was too hot for me.

As soon as they got back they jumped in the pond.

I did finish up a binding, I think it was on Saturday.  I was able to sit on the patio and do some hand stitching.  This is 2025-29.
