New Kayaks

We decided we needed new kayaks as ours were sit in and it was getting harder for us to get in and out plus the seat is very uncomfortable and was hurting my back. In other words, we got old. So, we ended up getting these which are more of a sit on top kayak.

Much better.  The seat is comfy plus it has a cup holder so my water bottle isn't rolling around everywhere.

Quilt 2025-27 is complete.

2026-8 has been quilted with the digitized pattern CURVY CURL by Urban Elementz

and 2026-9 is loaded and ready, not sure what pattern Lena and I will use.

Our up the driveway neighbors have a Mock Orange Tree that is in full bloom right now. I have to stop and smell the the blossoms every time I walk by.

When we lived in Rangeley we had a beautiful large Mock Orange on the edge of the driveway between the house/quilt shop and the Quilt Inn.  One day a customer came in with the end of her nose completely covered in yellow.  I said hmmm you must of sniffed the mock orange blossom as the end of your nose is all yellow.  🤣🤣
